On this episode of the podcast, I sit down with Toronto-based music artist, aspiring therapist and bad ass mental health advocate Melanie Goldman. After being formally diagnosed with borderline personality disorder over ten years ago, Melanie has learned a thing or two about the reality of BPD recovery.
