Release your unhealthy attachment to your BPD "favorite person" (FP) for good with this guided cord-cutting practice

This guided imagery is called "A Seat At The Table." The setting is a warm countryside cabin, where you will gather with your "inner counsel" to access intuitive guidance and a more regulated nervous system. Come back to it as often as you need to. With repeated use, you can hope to see deeper and more profound levels of grounding and regulation.

This meditation was inspired by an interview with the incredible Dr. Lisa Miller. A listener shared with me an interview she did on the Rich Roll podcast and she walked him through this visualization, which inspired me to adapt it to a longer ASMR-style version of my own.
