Chronic feelings of self-hatred, or self-loathing, is a common and painful experience for people who identify with symptoms of borderline personality disorder (BPD.) Due to our struggle with black and white thinking (also known as "splitting"), along with extreme emotional reactions, this can leave us constantly swimming in a pit of self-hatred and toxic shame that feels impossible to escape. In this episode, I'll share all the resources and techniques that can help release you from the judgmental prison you've created inside your own mind.
